Waitlist Terms

Last updated

These terms cover the Curias waitlist at curias.io. Curias is run by Congruence Labs, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“we” or “us”). By joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms. They’re short, so please give them a read.

Does joining guarantee I’ll get in?

No. Joining the waitlist doesn’t guarantee that you’ll get access to Curias, or that it will open by any particular date.

Who gets in first?

We decide the order. Right now, pods that join together and people who signed up earlier get in earlier, but we may change this.

How should I use my invite link?

Share it only with friends you know who are 18 or older. Please don’t spam it.

No automated or fake signups: no bots, no scripts, no made-up email addresses. We may remove signups like these.

Do I get anything for inviting friends?

There are no prizes, payments or points for invites. An invite puts your friend in your pod (if they weren’t already on the waitlist), and pods that join together may get in earlier. That’s all.

Who can join?

You must be 18 or older to join the waitlist.

What about the app?

The Curias app will have its own, separate terms when it launches. Curias uses points with no cash value.

Can you change or end the waitlist?

Yes. We may change how the waitlist works, or end it, at any time.

What happens to my data?

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect when you join, why, and how to have it deleted.

Which laws apply?

These terms are governed by the laws of [state to be confirmed by counsel].

How do I reach you?

Email privacy@curias.io.
